Set-Up Fee - Live Answer Accounts

The $75 account set-up fee is due before your account will be set up or activated.  We'll call you the first business day after receiving your sign up information to arrange payment.

Monthly Invoices

Plan base rates are billed on the first of each month for that month.  i.e.  September's base rate is billed on the 1st of September.  Any overage charges are billed on the next month's invoice.


Once your account is activated, you will be immediately invoiced for your first full month of service.  On the first day of the next billing cycle (1st of the month) you will receive a pro-rated discount for days of service not used in the previous month depending on the date you started service, and you will be billed for that month's base rate and any overages due from the previous month.


Voice mail accounts, once activated, will immediately be billed and are billed on the first of each month.  Partial month service will not be pro-rated.
