Voicemail announcement with caller option to go to a live-answer agent

Your caller hears your recorded greeting and can opt to leave a message, hear more options or be transferred to a live agent.  Voicemail can notify you on phone or pager that you have a message or you can call any time to retrieve your messages.  Just like regular voicemail, it can hunt for you on multiple numbers, text or email you a .wav file.

Once transferred to a live-answer agent our professional staff member will guide your caller to gather the information you tell us you want.  Then, just like with Live Answer, we'll deliver that message just as you wish: text message, email, fax, or the caller connected directly to you.  And, you can get a daily recap by email or fax.

We'll give you a number to forward your calls to and can usually get your account ready to use in one business day.



Voicemail Pre-screen

You can record your office hours, emergency instructions or other information your caller might be calling to ask or need to know right away.  This can save time for you and your caller and save you money by cutting down on time an agent is involved.  Once the pre-screen plays your message for the caller, the call will be sent to a live-answer agent and you can receive your messages anyway you want.
