Penny Saver Plan

A live-answer agent takes the caller's name, phone number and a brief message.  Messages are faxed or emailed only.  Agent Over-flow is included.

$30 includes 30 messages.  Over 30 messages are $1.50 each.

  • ​​Appointment scheduling is available with any plan level for as low as $45 per month per schedule. **
  • Voicemail service starts at $17 per month - see below for details.
  • Any plan can be combined with voice mail for an announcement.
  • A $75 set-up fee applies to all live answer plans.
  • Larger volume plans available - call or email for details

* If an agent is not available within 3 rings, your call is answered in your company name automatically and will be sent to the next available live answer agent.

Your caller hears your recorded greeting and can opt to leave a message, hear more options or be transferred to a live agent.

Once transferred to a live-answer agent our professional staff member will guide your caller to gather the information you tell us you want.

(Revert to Operator plans are actually Live-Answer plans that can have voicemail sub-boxes added at no charge.  Any call that reverts to operator is included in live answer base rate until the base allowance is used then is billed the overage charge for that base rate.)
